Hello, I'm Pedro...
You might recognise me from Longueville Manor, where I spent nearly 30 years as Managing Director and during that time
I developed a lifelong passion for wine and spirits; a passion that eventually led me to create Wine Jersey.

Wine has been at the heart of my career for as long as I can remember.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to refine my knowledge through both hands-on experience and formal study, earning multiple Sommelier of the Year awards, along with WSET Levels 1–3 and the Level 4 Diploma.
Along the way, I’ve had some unforgettable highlights; from organising a private banquet for HM Queen Elizabeth II, to being named UK Boutique Hotel Manager of the Year in 2017, and appearing with Rick Stein on Food Heroes, where I had the pleasure of showcasing Jersey’s incredible food and wine culture.
At Wine Jersey, my aim is simple: to share great wines, honest advice, and years of experience; whether you’re building a cellar, discovering something new, or just enjoying a great bottle.
